GYDPQ-100 Bottom ValveThe bottom valve of DESEINOR products is a key safety component installed at the bottom of oil tankers, ensuring the rapid and safe discharge of fuel. Our aluminum alloy emergency shut-off valve is specially designed for petroleum and crude oil applications, providing excellent flow rate and quick response functions in emergency situations. This series of high-performance aluminum alloy bottom valves supports two drive options: external exhaust control and manual cable release, offering operational flexibility on-site. It is compatible with diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, ethanol, and methanol, and is equipped with chemical-resistant seals to enhance the product's compatibility and durability. Safety and ComplianceThe bottom valve is equipped with a shear groove, which is designed and tested in accordance with 49CFR178.345-8 and ADR certification standards. In the event of an impact, the housing separates at the groove while maintaining a tight seal with the tank flange, preventing fuel leakage and protecting the integrity of the valve mechanism inside the oil tanker.Operating PressureFor crude oil applications, the valve opens at a minimum line pressure of 70 psi (4.83 bar) to counteract a tank pressure of 35 psi (2.41 bar). For refined petroleum, the valve requires a minimum line pressure of 30 psi (2.06 bar). The aluminum alloy foot valve complies with API 1004 and EN 13083 standards.
